RETURNS & EXCHANGES


You'd like to make a return or exchange...we're happy to help! We accept returns and exchanges for certain items like our apparel. For exact policies see below for the vendor and item, we are held to our vendors return policies.

RETURNS

APPAREL

Exchange or return? No problem! We accept exchanges and returns within 10 days of item receipt, just email us at info@letstraverse.com and tell us what you'd like to return or exchange. It must be returned in it's original packaging and unused (recycling is super important to us!). We must receive the package back within 10 days of return request. (USPS, UPS and FedEx are all good shipping options).

Once received, we will refund, less non-refundable shipping charges.
**If something is incorrect with the order, let us know asap and we’ll make it right for you!  We’re friendly… reach out!

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and warranties are at the sole discretion of Owl Vans. Prior to returning, please email john@owlvans.com for a return authorization.

Batteries are NOT returnable

 

ARB COMPRESSORS AND ACCESSORIES

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all authorized returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Unauthorized returns that are accepted are subject to a 30% restock fee.  

Any returns must be arranged with JustDifferentials.com where the parts were purchased from. All items are warranted by manufacturer per that particular manufacturer's warranty statement. All parts must be shipped prepaid to Just Differentials for inspection & determination, customer is also responsible for shipping cost of warranty items sent back to them. Any unauthorized outside repairs void this warranty. Returns must be in new re-sellable condition, in original packaging, and must be sent within thirty days and must be accompanied by original invoice and/or RGA form. Please return to:

LAGUN USA 

You may return the Lagun Table Leg within 30 days from the DOP for credit. It must be in resalable condition and a 15% restocking fee will apply. There is no return on shipping charges and you will be responsible for the shipping to return.
